If you have spent a modicum of time on social media or listening to/watching the news, you have been privy to see the government ruling on the stance of the Confederate Flag. You have also seen the outrage of a group of extreme racist who have been standing up in defense of the flag.
Though sometimes facetious and riddled with humor (as most truth can typically be) the ignorance of these groups, or, er…the reality of the background of the stance of the flag has come to light. Regardless of it’s history, the main purpose of the Confederate flag for these groups has been a symbol of their stance on racial superiority.
Though many people still want to stand adamantly for the Confederate flag, claiming it’s lack of racist under/overtones, many of those people would have a problem with the ISIS flag or the Nazi flag flying. Or maybe they wouldn’t. What is interesting to me is the targeting of blacks, over the Jews or the other “impure” races. At least to me, the outcry has been predominantly black, and that causes me concern. Could it be simply the Jews, Mexicans or other non-whites have taken a step back and decided to simply ignore the hatred hoping that by the lack of attention given, they would simply fade off into the sunset? Which to me, is the prime reason we have groups like this still out there.
Then today, I was reminded of something I knew from the past, and regarding issues present in our society. The issue of abortion, the mass murdering of our children that only a few still seem to be concerned about, or at a minimum have been distracted by all the other activism. We are fighting for things that are concerning, but overlooking those that have been around for a long time.
Our country has been promoting and supporting the murder of people, and it’s not just the children, it’s the color of their skin. The largest murder institution in America is Planned Parenthood, and it was founded with the hope and purpose of eradicating black babies. Planned Parenthood’s founding mother, Margaret Sanger, has written some of the most hateful and racist quotes that seem to be ignored.
“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”
Let’s hire some blacks, to help us to disguise the facts that we want to get rid of the blacks.
Does this sit well with anyone here? Show of hands. No? Then why are we not livid that our government is supporting and promoting this institution. Forget the fact it promotes murder, how about the sole fact that it perpetuates the murder and extermination of black people.
The government has done a fine job getting the focus of attention away from so much of it’s institutionalized and built in racism, that we fight about the symptomatic issues without attacking the core.
We are basically taking Motrin to cure Cancer.
